Today i am acknowledging what I am grateful for. - a loving husband and daughter - my health and my family and friends health - caring and supporting family and friends - my freedom - being able to have children - a roof over my head - our expanding internet business - a positive attitude - my fast metabolism - the mall -my mom’s pizza - my bathtub
It’s so easy to complain about things and focus on the negative aspects in our life. We have so much good in our lives, yet a lot of us continue to focus on what is going wrong all the time. Ever since watching “The Secret” I’ve come to realize that when you focus on the negative then you are just drawing in more negativity to your life. I really encourage people to make a list of what they are grateful for. One of the laws of attraction states that you cannot bring anything good into your life without first being grateful for what you already have. It sounds crazy, but this stuff really works!, don’t ever underestimate the power of positive thinking:)

Its been awhile since ive last written in my blog! Stefania is keeping us happily busy, and besides that, we just figured out our password for our blog site..lol. Stefania is now almost 15 pounds and she has lighter hair and skin compared to when she was first born. I can’t believe that she will be 7 months old already in just a couple of days. We have not given her any vaccines to date and don’t plan to ever. We have made an informed decision and have gotten ourselves out of the “matrix”:). A great book that I have read is “What your Doctor May Not Tell you About Childrens Vaccinations by Stephanie Cave. This book is a must read for all the future parents out there who have not decided on whether or not to vaccinate their children. Here is a great website also that provides a lot of information. Cos and I had a Valentines dinner party on Sunday at our house with both his family and mine. We normally don’t have these kind of parties but we both have been feeling more festive this past year…having been blessed with a happy healthy child has a lot to do with it and is even more reason to celebrate an occasion like Valentines Day.
