On Monday me and my sister did the 9th annual 10 km. Turkey Trot which started and ended at Granville Island. This year you could bring your kid and stroller “turkey tot”, so we brought Stefania. We walked it with very minimal running (just downhill) and Stefania slept for the last 4 km. She was awake when we ran to the finish line, and it looked like she was more excited than us, kicking her feet up in the air and laughing. I’m still feeling a little achy, mainly just my shins now, a lot better than that day and the day after. It took us 1 hour and 48 minutes to do the 10 km. (not bad for a pregnant woman!!!)
